I'm Jo Booth and welcome to my web page. I am an integrative Counsellor based in the Westbury area and have worked here for the past 6 years.
Prior to that I worked in other areas of food and health and it was my own life events that led me to counselling - first as a client in therapy followed by extensive training going back many years and then as a counsellor myself.
As a therapist much of my work has been,and still is, based in GP surgeries working with depression,anxiety and stress.I am committed to providing a safe space to allow exploration of thoughts and feelings which may be causing difficulties - and perhaps facilitate a greater understanding of yourself.
As a counsellor I use an holistic approach -looking at the whole body,mind and spirit. In this way I work at understanding what will be most helpful to you as an individual.
My counselling practice is in Bratton, BA13 4RJ, near Westbury in Wiltshire and is within easy reach of Devizes, Frome, Trowbridge,and Warminster.For directions click here
